Belgravia Scents Return Policy
At Belgravia Scents, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review the policy below to understand the guidelines and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns
- Unopened Products: You may return any item in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must remain unused, with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact. Once inspected, eligible items will be refunded based on the original payment method.
- Opened Products: Once a product’s packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund, as we cannot restock or resell opened fragrances due to quality control and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or is faulty upon receipt, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement. We may require photo evidence of the damage to expedite the replacement process. Belgravia Scents will cover shipping costs for replacements of damaged or defective items.
Cooling-Off Period for Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team. If the order is dispatched within this period, however, the cooling-off period will be voided, and standard return eligibility will apply.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at info@belgraviascents.co.uk within the eligible return period to initiate a return. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (for damaged items).
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for security purposes, as Belgravia Scents is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
- Inspection and Refund: Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus any initial shipping charges (if applicable).
Exclusions
- Belgravia Scents is unable to accept returns for items sent to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Additionally, returns sent without prior authorization or outside the 14-day return window will not be processed.
