Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (UK Mainland): Free for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £3.99 applies. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (UK Mainland): £6.99 per order. Delivery is estimated within 1–2 business days.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary by region and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times are based on the destination and generally range from 5–14 business days.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or during holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided link to check your order's progress and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: In cases of lost or stolen packages, Belgravia Scents may issue a replacement depending on the circumstances. If the loss is due to a fault on our part or the courier's, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, if the loss is due to circumstances under the customer’s control, we are not liable to provide a replacement. Please ensure a secure location for receiving your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to customs regulations, we may be unable to ship to some international destinations. If you encounter any restrictions at checkout, please reach out for further assistance.

  • Please note: We do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
